Negril's only four bedroom, four bathroom house with private pool. It is a basic villa and deal for families and groups. It contains a full kitchen, living room/dining room, cable TV, gazebo, outside dining area, and a small atrium in the middle of the house. The Villa is located across the road from the beach, about 1 1/2 minutes walk to the water's edge. 10 person max.
These are our largest units, comprising a bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and full bathroom. The bedroom has one double and one twin bed with a/c. The living room has two additional twin beds with ceiling fan. Located on the ground floor on the beach side of the road. 4 person max occupancy.
These rooms are all located in the building closest to the beach on the second floor. Each room has vaulted ceilings with one double and one twin bed. All bathrooms have glass block walk in showers. 3 persons max occupancy.

The Beach Side rooms are smaller then the Garden Side Rooms. If you travel light, don't mind a small room and want to be located on the beach side, these rooms are great. If you want more space reserve a Garden Side room. The bedding for all units is either one double bed or two twin beds. 2 person max occupancy. |
